We have a large, sunny, carpeted, private room with gigantic walk-in closet available July 1 in a 3 Bd flat. Your room is connected to a 4th small bedroom in the back of the flat, which is currently used as storage. It could be converted to a small office or perhaps a small entertainment room if interested. We have a large living room with hard wood floors and it is already fully furnished (couch, sofa chairs, tables, lots of plants:-) We have split bathrooms which you would share with the other two roommates. A good sized kitchen for cooking up some dynamite breakfasts/dinners. There's a small deck in the back, along with a rose garden which the upstairs neighbors tend to.
We're in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the Inner Richmond. Muni line 31 runs on our street, with the #38, #5, #44, #21 all within two blocks. Parking is very reasonable. Access to Golden-gate park, great restaurants on Geary and Clement St, safeway within 2 blocks as well. Rent is $800/month with move-in deposit of just under $1000 (includes security and cleaning deposit) This is a month to month rental agreement. Great for those looking for long term or short term.
Now a little about the two roommates. One is a female- midthirties. She works down in the Pennisula as a hotel concierge. She is rarely at home so it's like only having one other roommate! The second roommate is a male, 25. He's not working right now, but going to school and enjoys his time at the tennis courts and chilling in GGPark. Loves to cook, watch sports and go camping.
We're looking for someone chill to replace our departing 3rd person....someone who can help take care of the place, but isn't a cleaning nazi. We may leave a dish or two in the sink for a day, but will clean it up when we get back home. Must be responsible and no drama!
