After four years of studying Latin, I feel it's about time I learned a bit of a language that I can speak to people other than priests and other Latinists. So how about a living language that BEARS NO RESEMBLANCE TO LATIN WHATSOEVER. I want to learn Hungarian because I am foolish and like a challenge. I'm hoping to trade an hour a week of lessons in Classical Latin in exchange for an hour a week of basic Hungarian. But I'm skeptical about this happening, so if you're a French, Italian, or German speaker, and interested, e-mail me. I'd be interested in any of those as well. Thank you!
