We have several apartments extremely close to Downtown Denver - the area is considered
"Uptown". For those not familiar with Denver, buslines into the heart of the city are within
two blocks. There is shopping in the near vicinity (7-11 down the block is handy). New
restaurants and nightlife run within a one mile radius, adding to the location. The address is 1601 Pearl Street. The apartments are currently being renovated,
which means putting in new kitchens, dishwashwers, electrical work, plumbing, etc. The
building will be renovated also with new carpet in the common areas (hallways), new light
fixtures. The building is a unique old-style structure from "back in the day." We are
