As a project manager working with the Senior VP in charge of Logistics and Transportation for Wells Fargo Bank, had direct responsibility for deployment, utilization and enhancement of an internally developed MIS program servicing ATMs. In this capacity, identified substantial overpayment issues, resulting in savings of $12 million per year across 7 vendors.
